As part of our services here at Setanta Hypnotherapy Clinic we provide personalised treatment for women during pregnancy to help them cope with the physical and emotional stresses of pregnancy and to prepare them for stress free birth. This treatment would also include post natal recovery and bonding with baby. Women attend clinic privately once a month and treatment is personalised. Though each woman’s needs are unique the treatment concentrates on 5 main areas:

Each woman is provided with 30 minute long personalised CDs which address each of the areas named above to which they regularly listen. Each clinical session lasts about one hour and six sessions are normally recommended.

Sometimes for a variety of reasons it is not feasible for pregnant women to attend our clinic in person e.g. live outside the Isle of Man, family and/or work commitments, or financial restraints and that is why we are providing this treatment in MP3 format to be played in the privacy of your own home for a fraction of the price. The treatment comes in 5 parts as named above.

You can download each file to play on your computer or to burn to CD. We recommend you burn each file to CD and play in bed using headphones.
