I created this audio CD for children between the ages of 5 and 13 years. The CD teaches the child to relax the conscious thinking mind so they settle into a deep sleep and wake up feeling wonderful in the morning. The CD reminds the child that they create what they think about most and that is why it is in their interests to think positively at all times.

Following is a list of the suggestions the child will be sowing in the subconscious like seeds that will eventually grow and bloom. Whatever a person accepts at the subconscious level will inevitably be manifested as their waking reality:

You are so clever that you learn everything easily and you remember everything you learn. That is just the way it is with you. You are a genius at Mathematics and Science you are already writing wonderful stories. You draw amazing pictures and your paintings are beautiful. Your teachers see you as highly intelligent and amazingly creative. Your teachers also see you as very responsible and full of confidence. You notice how they treat you with such respect and you are always polite and kind to them. Imagine all the things you have yet to achieve and this makes you feel so excited as you realise how much you have to look forward to. You enjoy learning and you learn so easily. You remember what you learn and enjoy doing exams.

School is fun and you are so popular with all the children. You have a caring way about you that makes other children warm to you and trust you. You are proud of your family and uphold the honour of your family. You do your very best at everything you do and you enjoy every challenge you are faced with. You are bright, cheerful and full of the joys of life. You tell the truth and always do the right thing. You are kind and patient. Your words are soft and you actions gentle. You excel at everything you do. You are an outstanding athlete and you shine in every class. You enjoy practising music, you enjoy the exertion involved in keeping fit, you are extremely skilful at team sports and you achieve top marks in every test and exam. You find it easy to learn new things...new skills...new sports.

You find your body becoming stronger, healthier and definitely more and more flexible as you continue to grow into a beautiful young person. You choose to eat healthy food and only choose to drink healthy liquids because you feel proud of teaching your body to be strong, fit and flexible. You are liked and respected by your teachers who frequently reward you for your outstanding achievements. You are excited about learning more and more in sport, music and at school. You look forward to achieving more and more because success is a habit with you and you love being successful. You enjoy life and you are loved by everyone.

You are a wonderful swimmer, and amazing at all sports both team sport and individual sports. You are great at everything you do and that is just the way you are. You feel loved and supported by your parents and you express your feelings and opinions openly to your parents who listen carefully and respect what you have to say. The more often you listen to this CD the easier it becomes for you to relax like this and tell yourself what to believe. Listening to this CD helps you to keep a balance in your mind and to always have a way of dealing with any problems which may arise in your life.
